Responsibilities
- Determine immediate staffing needs of clients
- Prospect candidates to fill clients’ requirements;
- Qualify candidates for shifts;
- Negotiate wages of candidates;
- Successfully fill staffing requirements of clients efficiently;
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment, and effectively meet multiple deadlines.
- Maintaining candidates’ records on the company database.
Requirements
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in sales;
- Demonstrated leadership ability;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, and ability to effectively navigate the internet.
- Post secondary degree/diploma is an asset.

Job Description:
The receptionist position requires the selected candidate to perform general administrative tasks such as organizing mail, greet clients and consultants, answer phones, and assist in making travel arrangements and contracts. The ideal candidate is well organized, friendly, pays great attention to detail, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a receptionist is an asset.
The salary of the position is commensurate with experience. Benefits are offered following the completion of a three month probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and consultants visiting the office;
- Answering the phone system;
- Preparing and organizing all facsimiles, and mail;
- Preparing Contracts;
- Making travel arrangements for consultants;
- General Administrative Tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to work office hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:30pm;
- Minimum of Secondary School Diploma;
- Friendly and Outgoing attitude;
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Attention to detail;
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to effectively meet multiple deadlinesk
- Previous reception experience an asset.
